Within an three week exchange with the University Shantou/China various media based projects in collaboration with Chinese students has been created and publicly presented. In this context I made a short movie that portrait one of the most vibrant public places within that modern University, the Mensa- it detects a culinary geography as a fascinating way how tradition and modernization goes hand in hand.
